How to disable voicerite client from the IBM Lotus notes.

If you are a user of IBM Lotus notes as your mail server then might be many times you got an message " Voicerite Client is Logging off,please wait to close the Notes" .

Or whenever you get logined into the Notes the Voicerite is also get logedin with it automatically.

Then how to get escape from it.

Here are the steps need to follow to disable it manully.

1. In your Lotus Notes go to File ---> Application-----> Application Management

2.  Expand the Path: C\notes\framework\shared\eclipse from the mentioned paths

3. Scroll down and select the VoiceRite entry(entries) and then click Disable link under Available Tasks.

If not (if you are not found the VoiceRite entry )

4.  Disable the Voicerite Entries from the below two in the available Tasks

   - VoiceRite Client Features 3.8.17

   -  VoiceRite Client VoiceSuite Features 1.0.7

5. Restart the system to see the effects.

You are done.
