How to unhide all the hidden folders in the USB Drive


Sometimes you see your pendrive looks empty but when you try to transfer something it will throwing the error like need some amount of GB to make the transfer successfully.

For example your pen Drive of 8GB and which is of completely empty but when you are trying to transfer of 4GB Movie then it will show a warning message that your are out of 2GB space.

Now you got blanked. How can it be possible? I have 8GB of pendrive and which is of empty too but when I am trying to send out the 4GB it is not moving.

Then the possible way to check is right click on the drive and go to properties and you got again strange that your pen drive contains 7gb data.

So those are nothing but hidden folders in the pen drive.

So how can you recover those hidden folder from the pendrive.

Here are the steps you need to follow to recover the hidden folders from the  pendrive.


1. Click on Start --->In Search Box, type folder option and type Enter.

  






2. It will open the Folder Options and  click on the view tab






3. Now select the "Show hidden files,folders, or drives and uncheck the check box " Hide protected operating system files"  ----> and click on OK button






4.  Now look for your hidden files in your pendrive.It will show you all the hidden folders in the pendrive.


After your works got completed, please follow the same path and as you see in the above image there is a button called "Restore Defualts" .Click on it and hit the OK button.It will again reset to the original setting.
